ABOUT ME
I’m a creator at heart, fueled by the thrill of crafting short-form content that grabs attention and gets people talking. My journey began as a kid, making wacky parodies of popular ads and movies on a trusty VHS camcorder, much to my family’s amusement. After winning a few awards in high school, I headed to Los Angeles and enrolled in USC’s School of Cinematic Arts in 2004. That’s when I truly learned the power of agility in production, right as the industry was shifting from film to digital and YouTube was just beginning to boom. That early pivot taught me how to balance big ideas with resourceful execution, delivering high-impact content without Hollywood’s overhead or red tape.
After school, I co-founded WinterGass with Kyle Gass from Tenacious D, diving into a range of creative projects and occasionally collaborating with The Barbarian Group during the early wave of digital experimentation.
Next came Grey New York, a top-tier agency named Ad Age’s 2014 Agency of the Year and Cannes Lions’ 2015 North American Network of the Year. There, I wore several hats as a film director, agency producer, and occasional creative director, working across broadcast and social campaigns for major brands in a fast-moving, high-profile environment.
In 2018, I joined DDB New York to help launch their in-house production offering and was later promoted to a leadership role at DDB North America. I oversaw production across multiple offices, helping streamline workflows and energize the process. While I was there, DDB Worldwide was named Cannes Lions Network of the Year in both 2023 and 2025, proof that creativity and effectiveness can thrive side by side.
After Omnicom consolidated its production model, I was tapped as Executive Producer to help shape and lead the transformation of Omnicom Studios. I partnered with teams and clients to build a new, integrated model rooted in craft, clarity, and creative ambition.
In July 2025, I joined Accenture Song, the world’s largest tech-powered creative group, to explore what happens when storytelling meets technology. I now help lead production across platforms, building scalable, culturally resonant work with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration. AI, in particular, has opened new creative doors, from speeding up production timelines to reimagining how we brainstorm, visualize, and execute. I don’t see AI as a threat to creativity but as a tool that helps us move faster, think bigger, and free up more space for real ideas to thrive.
I’ve always believed production should be as dynamic and imaginative as the concepts it brings to life. Like the best YouTubers, I think we should build studios around ideas, not the other way around. That means getting production involved early, embracing flexible tools including AI, and designing systems that help creative work scale without losing its soul.
I lead with optimism, curiosity, and care, creating spaces where teams feel empowered, supported, and excited to do their best work. Whether I’m shaping a pitch or in the thick of execution, I believe in making the process joyful, collaborative, and human. For me, that’s where the magic happens and why I love what I do.
